The Holly Springs Fire-Rescue District currently provides a Social Hall for community activities,
Civic Events, & private functions that comply with the rules & regulations set forth
by the Commission Board of the Fire District
Social Hall Includes:
Tables & Chairs for up to 120 people
Warm up Kitchen
Ice
Water Fountain
Bathrooms
Sound System & Microphone
Stage upon request
Movie/Presentation Screen
Powerpoint Equipment upon Request
Fees apply to renting the Social Hall.
$35 for private functions for citizens living inside the Fire District.
$75 for private functions for citizens living outside the Fire District
$15 additional charge for functions needing to use Main Kitchen.
$0 for civic Events, church groups or organizations that benefit the community
$100 for commercial or Sales events. All Events that provide retail & profit for individuals must be present to the board in writing during a regular meeting.
Citizens wishing to rent the Holly Springs Community Social Hall are to first:
Contact the Fire Station to make sure your date is available.
Pick up at station or download application from website.
Review Carefully
Fill out & Return to station along with applicable fees.
A Key will be provided to the contact person of your group if needed. All users are required to clean up room & return to pre use state before leaving. All trash generate by event must be disposed of in the Stations dumpster.
